Please let us know by 28th February 2027 so we can give the venue an accurate headcount.

Due to space constraints at the venue, we are limiting children to the bridal party and babes in arms. We hope this can be a night off for parents! However, please do reach out to us if this causes any problems.

Guests are welcome from 2:00 PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM, so please aim to be seated by 2:50 PM.

Our plan is to hold the ceremony outdoors in the beautiful walled garden, however we have a contingency plan indoors if the Irish weather doesn't agree!

There is ample free parking at Ballymaloe House.

Absolutely. Please include any dietary requirements or allergies when you RSVP and we will make sure you are well looked after.

Ballymaloe House is approximately 40 minutes from Cork Airport by car, and around 40 minutes from Cork City via the N25.

We will be providing transport options and will share details once confirmed. In the meantime, the RSVP form has a field for your accommodation — if you can add this in once you have accommodation, this helps us plan.
